2# The United States keep funding ISIS, the rest of ISIS, I would say (LOL)

Last week Obama announced new limited funding of rebels group in Syria. They asked him for new weapons to shot down Russian fighters. Obama is still thinking, and probably answers nothing in public. However CIA sends these weapons... Rebels get nothing because ISIS and such groups as Jalnosra (Al Queda) intercept all sent weapons. Do you know why?

John McCain has said he can “absolutely confirm” that Russian air strikes have hit "Syrian recruits" which had been armed and trained by the US. Speaking to CNN, the American senator said Russia had carried out “some” strikes against ISIS "but that others did not target extremists". He said all these targets were known for US, but these groups are US-sponsored groups...

“Their initial strikes were against the individuals and groups that have been funded and trained by our CIA".

“Everybody knows the money is going through Kuwait and that it’s coming from the Arab Gulf,” said Andrew Tabler, senior fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. “Kuwait’s banking system and its money changers have long been a huge problem because they are a major conduit for money to extremist groups in Syria and now Iraq.”

Obama has coalition of ISIS-supporters.

State backing for ISIS, now the wealthiest terror group in the world, prompted Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to point the finger directly at Saudi Arabia and Qatar during a France 24 television interview. “I accuse them of inciting and encouraging the terrorist movements. I accuse them of supporting them politically and in the media, of supporting them with money and by buying weapons for them,” said al-Maliki.

Another U.S. ally – Turkey – also trained ISIS fighters at a location in the vicinity of Incirlik Air Base near Adana.
